WHERE WE SHIP
Markets, ranked by how realistic a first order is.
Not every market is equally easy. Duty, certification and payment risk differ enormously. This is our honest ranking for a first-time importer.
Southeast Asia
Thailand · Indonesia · Vietnam · Philippines · Malaysia
Zero tariff under the China–ASEAN FTA with a Form E certificate. Buyers are already familiar with these machines: builders, farmers and fit-out contractors. Payment is straightforward and volumes are real.
Middle East
Saudi Arabia · UAE · Israel
Government-led infrastructure spending and a genuine push toward electrification. Certification (SASO, G-Mark) is required and must be budgeted from the start.
Africa
Nigeria · Kenya · Ghana · Egypt · Tanzania
The strongest policy incentives anywhere — zero duty in Rwanda, an eight-year tax holiday in Ghana, Egypt cut from 30% to 5%. The counterpart is currency and credit risk: we ship against payment terms, not open account.
Russia, Central Asia & Eastern Europe
Russia · Kazakhstan · Turkey · Poland
Rail freight reaches the region in 12–18 days. Note that Turkey applies a retrospective 45% penalty duty on CKD assembly — we do not recommend it as a first market.
Latin America
Brazil · Argentina · Chile · Colombia
Brazil is the largest opportunity but doubled import duties on complete vehicles; only locally assembled units qualify for PRONAF farm credit. Chile and Colombia are materially easier.
Markets such as the United States, Canada, the EU, the UK and Australia are deliberately not ranked here. Certification (DOT, EPA, CE-RED, UL) and the cost of compliance make them a poor first market for a new importer, regardless of selling price.
