NOVATRElectric Dumpers & Cargo Tricycles

INDEPENDENT EXPORT OFFICE · ELECTRIC DUMPERS & CARGO TRICYCLES

1,500kg

Rated load — verified loaded, not just printed.

We are an export office, not a factory, and we say so openly. Every figure on this site is the range we actually supply, confirmed per order in a written specification sheet.

WHAT THE NUMBERS MEAN

Three figures buyers usually have to find out the hard way.

2.0–3.0mm steel

We print the plate thickness, not the word “thick”

Hoppers come in 2.0, 2.5 and 3.0 mm plate. If a supplier quotes a range, you know what the base price actually buys. If they quote one number, ask which plate it is.

960×680mm hopper

Dimensions measured against your narrowest gap

Send us the narrowest door, lift opening, gate or aisle on site. A machine that cannot enter the building is useless however good its specification.

20–30per 40HQ

We tell you the real freight before you commit

Freight and handling are commonly 20–40% of the landed cost on machines this bulky. Batteries are regulated dangerous goods, which narrows routing and raises rates. You get that number at quotation stage, not at booking.

Why buyers work with an independent exporter

A factory will only ever sell you what it makes. We match the machine to your site, your terrain and your budget — and we are free to tell you when the cheaper model is the right one.

Why buyers work with an independent exporter

We are not the factory, and we do not pretend to be

Every machine we ship is built in China's specialised clusters. Our job is specification, verification and delivery — not manufacturing. That means our advice is not tied to one production line.

Specifications you can check line by line

Motor, battery, rated load, hopper volume, steel thickness, speed. If a number is a range rather than a fixed figure, we print it as a range instead of a rounded-up best case.

Inspected before it leaves

Units are checked loaded, not just switched on. You receive photo and video evidence from the inspection, tied to your order number.

Honest shipping and duty guidance

Batteries are regulated dangerous goods. We tell you the real freight structure, the ports that accept it and the duty position in your market — before you commit.

Built for real sites, not showrooms

These are working machines. What matters on site is load rating, ground clearance, turning circle and whether it still runs in year three.

Built for real sites, not showrooms
01

Loads from 500 to 1,500 kg

A powered wheelbarrow replaces three labourers on a concrete pour. A hydro-tipping tricycle moves a pallet of bricks without a forklift.

02

Zero emissions, indoor-safe

No diesel fumes, low noise. Safe inside warehouses, greenhouses, basements, food plants and residential compounds.

03

Turns on the spot

360° steering and compact bodies get through lift doors, narrow aisles, greenhouses and farm tracks that a vehicle cannot reach.

04

Running cost measured in cents

A fraction of the energy cost of a diesel equivalent, and maintenance is bearings, brushes and batteries — not engine overhaul.

How an order actually runs

Five steps, no ambiguity about who does what.

  1. You send the duty

Load to move, ground conditions, aisle or door widths, daily distance, voltage in your country. If you do not have the numbers yet, tell us the job and we will propose them.

  2. We propose two or three models

With full specifications, price, MOQ and lead time. We tell you which one we would buy and why.

  3. Sample or direct order

MOQ is typically 1–10 units, so a single sample is realistic. Custom colour, branding and voltage are configured here.

  4. Inspection and evidence

Loaded test, photographs, video, and a packing check. Sent to you before the container is sealed.

  5. Shipping and documents

We arrange freight, handle battery-classified shipping papers and give you the full document set for clearance.

Where these machines are wanted

Ranked by how easily a first-time importer can actually enter the market.

★★★★★

Southeast Asia

Thailand · Indonesia · Vietnam · Philippines · Malaysia

Zero tariff under the China–ASEAN FTA with a Form E certificate. Buyers are already familiar with these machines: builders, farmers and fit-out contractors. Payment is straightforward and volumes are real.

★★★★

Middle East

Saudi Arabia · UAE · Israel

Government-led infrastructure spending and a genuine push toward electrification. Certification (SASO, G-Mark) is required and must be budgeted from the start.

★★★

Africa

Nigeria · Kenya · Ghana · Egypt · Tanzania

The strongest policy incentives anywhere — zero duty in Rwanda, an eight-year tax holiday in Ghana, Egypt cut from 30% to 5%. The counterpart is currency and credit risk: we ship against payment terms, not open account.

★★★

Russia, Central Asia & Eastern Europe

Russia · Kazakhstan · Turkey · Poland

Rail freight reaches the region in 12–18 days. Note that Turkey applies a retrospective 45% penalty duty on CKD assembly — we do not recommend it as a first market.

★★★

Latin America

Brazil · Argentina · Chile · Colombia

Brazil is the largest opportunity but doubled import duties on complete vehicles; only locally assembled units qualify for PRONAF farm credit. Chile and Colombia are materially easier.

Markets such as the United States, Canada, the EU, the UK and Australia are deliberately not ranked here. Certification (DOT, EPA, CE-RED, UL) and the cost of compliance make them a poor first market for a new importer, regardless of selling price.
